Lomas del Volcán

Lomas del Volcán enjoys a location that is the envy of many. Nestled in the foothills of the Arenal Volcano the views from the chalets are wonderful. Large windows enhance the experience from inside the room, and with each chalet sporting two verandas the views are what it’s all about. If it happens to be a cloudy day and the volcano is not looking its best, take to your other veranda and enjoy the beauty of the tropical gardens.

The cozy and warm wooden chalets are dotted on the hillside amidst the beautiful tropical gardens which give an element of privacy to each one. Wander down the walkways to the main area. It’s easy to relax here by the pool or Jacuzzi, bordered with lush green gardens and overlooked by the towering Arenal volcano. The hotel has a restaurant serving scrumptious breakfasts – sample some local fresh fruit or the traditional ‘gallo pinto’ or opt for the buffet. Lunch and dinner are also served here but if you fancy something different, La Fortuna town, with more restaurants, is only 10 minutes away. El Volcán bar serves beer, South American wines and also delicious cocktails – enjoy them together with the beautiful views of the volcano.
