The twin attractions of beach and forest meet at El Mangroove, coupled with 21st century comforts and facilities for a perfect holiday stay.
Gulf of Papagayo, Guanacaste province.
El Mangroove is open year round.
The Gulf of Papagayo has some of Costa Rica’s finest beaches, and El Mangroove is located on 150 metres of prime beachfront. It also has almost 7 hectares of grounds including lush tropical forest. Each suite provides air conditioned comfort plus mod cons such as TV, Wi-Fi, iPad dock and minibar – in short, all could need. Water lovers can spend days enjoying a range of watersports, and on land you can explore on foot and by bike. If that sounds too energetic you can relax by the pool or doze in a hammock. The hotel’s restaurants span the range of styles, from casual eats to fine dining, in various locations such as on the beach, by the pool, or in the elegant, open-sided dining room. While here you should treat yourself to some pampering at the spa, as you relax on one of its natural mangrove surrounded treatment terraces.
Why go to El Mangroove?

Balance relaxation with activity as you try your hand at surfing or paddle boarding, take to two wheels to explore local sites and villages, and enjoy some energising laps in the 40 metre pool. Immerse yourself in the seductive casual luxury of El Mangroove.
